BLAINE, Wash. — Another fatal accident involving a semi-truck kills a Canadian woman just south of the Pacific Highway border crossing in Blaine.
The State Patrol reports the woman was driving north in a sedan Sunday afternoon when she crossed the center line and struck a semi head on.
The semi driver from Surrey, B.C. was not injured.
Troopers are investigating the accident and don’t know if drugs or alcohol were involved.
