BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A woman’s passenger was injured in what troopers say was a DUI crash on I-5 late Saturday.
Caitlin E. Buchan of Bellingham was driving north near Iowa Street at about 11:30 p.m. when she lost control and hit the center concrete barrier.
Her car spun and bounced off the barrier again, coming to rest in the left lane.
A man riding with her was injured and taken to St. Joseph Medical Center.
The crash is under investigation.
