BLAINE, Wash. – One of the most charming waterfront towns in Washington is right here in Whatcom County according to one website.

So, what are the nine other most charming waterfront towns in Washington?
Port Townsend tops the list followed by La Conner, Ocean Shores, Stevenson, Kennewick, Olympia, Anacortes, Blaine, Belfair and Langley.
