LYNDEN, Wash. – The owner of a Lynden tire store has been arrested on an arson charge.
Whatcom County Jail records show that 46-year-old Kerry Bolton was booked and released on Wednesday, July 27th.
He owns the former Bolton Tire Pros store, which burned down in a massive fire on July 17th.
Bolton faces a charge of 1st degree arson.
