VANCOUVER, Wash. — For the second year in a row, PeaceHealth is recognized as one of the top 100 healthiest workplaces in America.
The national award presented by Healthiest Employers and Springbuk acknowledges the success of the medical center’s employee wellness program that spans all of their facilities in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
They beat out more than 1,000 wellness programs across the country and were one of only 3 health systems in the Pacific Northwest to receive this year’s designation.
PeaceHealth’s employee wellness program focuses on financial health, nutrition, stress management and physical fitness by offering incentives throughout the year to encourage them to stay on track.
