BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Bellingham man was arrested under accusations of filming himself molesting a child.
Bellingham Police arrested 41-year-old James Robert Smith on Sunday and booked him into the Whatcom County Jail.
Lieutenant Claudia Murphy told the Bellingham Herald police started investigating after they received reports that Smith had molested a child he knew between the ages of 12 and 14.
