BLAINE, Wash. — Blaine Police intercepted two minors at the Peace Arch Crossing Sunday.
Sergeant Michael Munden says the two were transporting marijuana and alcohol.
Upon discovery, the two were arrested, issued criminal citations, and released with a court date.
