BLAINE, Wash. — Police say they found cocaine hidden in a driver’s rental car when he tried to cross the U.S. border in Blaine.
The Blaine Police Department reports an officer found a small amount of cocaine in a secret compartment inside a rental car and determined it was placed there without the knowledge of the driver or passengers.
Police chief Allen Schubert urges drivers to personally check every rental vehicle before driving it off the lot.
