OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — The State Patrol is asking for information about a possible abduction late Wednesday night at a downtown park in Olympia.
Troopers were called to Heritage Park after people reported seeing five to six males dressed in white, plastic hooded-jumpsuits grab three people and restrain them with zip ties.
The witnesses said the victims, which may have included a girl believed to be about 4 to 6 years old, cried for help.
The alleged abductors drove off in a red Ford pickup truck with a matching canopy and a gray or white hood.
The vehicle had either Oregon or Washington state plates but had driven off by the time troopers arrived to the scene about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Washington State Patrol Criminal Investigation Division at (360) 704-2959 or by email at sistips@wsp.wa.gov
