ARLINGTON, Wash. – Police are investigating after two people were hit by a car and killed in Arlington early this morning, Thursday, January 20th.
KOMO News reports Arlington Police were called to the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 at around 2:40 a.m.
They found two injured pedestrians who they say was hit by a 28-year-old Stanwood man.
Both pedestrians died at the scene.
The driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI and WSDOT says SR 9 could be closed for several hours while police investigate.
