BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Police are investigating after a report of a lewd act outside a Western Washington University student’s apartment last Thursday night.
A campus alert states that the woman saw a man outside her off-campus apartment at about midnight.
He was shining a shining a light on himself while masturbating.
Bellingham Police responded to the residence in the 1000 block of North Garden Street but the man had fled.
The woman couldn’t provide a description.
