BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The sketch of the man suspected in the repeat incidents of voyeurism in south Bellingham released by Bellingham Police November 3rd is no longer valid.
The Bellingham Herald quotes Bellingham Police Department spokesperson Danette Beckley the reason is the man pictured was arrested on unrelated crimes.
Police arrested Owen Dean Allen, age 21, on November 7th, on multiple charges.
Charges included first degree robbery for an incident in which Allen allegedly forcibly stole a hat from a man in downtown Bellingham and then fled.
