BELLINGHAM, Wash. – People who live near WWU have again been catching a suspicious man peering into their windows.
Bellingham Police are investigating five recent early-morning voyeurism incidents on East Maple, Billy Frank Junior, and High streets.
“He typically stands outside of the window of a house, and he’s holding an object. It could either be a cell phone or a flashlight, we don’t know,” police spokeswoman Danette Beckley told KGMI.
She said they think the voyeurism could be connected to similar reports back in January and February.
The suspect is a skinny white man with brown hair, wearing dark clothes, Beckley said.
