BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Several waterfront spaces in Bellingham are officially closed as officials work to follow regulations to slow the spread of COVID-19.
The Port of Bellingham announced that they are closing Bellingham’s downtown waterfront bike park, the playground at Zuanich Park, workout stations along the Squalicum Promenade, the picnic shelter at Marine Park, and Jorgensen Pier in Blaine.
While most other Port-managed parks, trails, and open spaces are open, visitors should practice social distancing of at least six feet at all times.
