BELLINGHAM, Wash – The wastewater treatment plant in Bellingham that recently had a big pipe burst will be the subject of a community workshop Tuesday.
Bellingham Public Works is seeking input on a proposed future improvement plan for the Post Point plant.
The improvements would move the plant away from waste incineration, and to a waste recovery approach.
The meeting starts at 6:30 Tuesday at Fairhaven Middle School.
