BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A power outage Tuesday morning is affecting 76 Puget Sound Energy customers in Bellingham’s Irongate neighborhood.
The utility says repairs are underway but estimates power won’t be fully restored until 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
It’s an industrial area so many of the customers affected are businesses.
