BELLINGHAM, Wash. – More than 4,000 Cornwall Park-area Puget Sound Energy Customers were without power for a while Monday.
The lights went out just before 11:30 and power was restored to most customers by 1:00.
The outage darkened traffic signals, causing congestion in areas.
Remember, when a traffic light isn’t working, you should treat the intersection as a four way stop.
