BELLINGHAM, Wash. — PSE reports scattered power outages this morning as the winds dial up.
Brief outages were reported this morning in Everson, Lynden and Anacortes.
The National Weather service has dialed back the wind forecast for today and tonight.
They are now predicting sustained southeast winds from 7 to 17, with gusts to 23.
