WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – Ballots are in the mail for the upcoming Washington State primary elections.
Registered voters across the state will soon get their ballots and the 18-day voting period lasts from July 16th to election day on August 3rd..
Local primary elections include contests for Whatcom county council, Port of Bellingham commissioners and Bellingham city council, as well as positions in Blaine, Ferndale and Lynden.
