BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A procession to honor Marine Pfc. Jack-Ryan Ostrovsky is planned in Bellingham this evening.

The 21-year-old Sehome high school graduate was one of eight Marines and a Sailor who were killed in a training accident off the coast of California July 30th.

Director of Support Officers of Whatcom County, Kendra Cristelli, says the procession with his remains is expected to exit northbound I-5 at Sunset at about 8:30 p.m. Monday, then proceed west on Sunset which turns into W. Illinois Street, to Northwest Avenue, south on Northwest which turns into Elm Street, Elm Street to Broadway, and south on Broadway ending at Westford Funeral Home, 1301 Broadway.

The public is encouraged to line the procession route through the city.
