KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Regal has plans to open movie theaters later this month.
Theaters were closed in March to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Regal planned to reopen July 10th, but pushed it back to July 31st, and now they have pushed it back again to August 21st.
When the Regal cinema in Barkley Village does reopen, guests will be required to wear masks except while eating and drinking and auditoriums will run at 50% capacity.
