RENTON, Wash. (AP) — Police say a man shot a woman who was serving him with an eviction notice in Renton Tuesday.
KOMO reports the 40-year-old woman, reportedly the landlord of the building, was shot in the head.
She was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition.
Police said later in the afternoon that the suspect Joshua Gasperich was in custody.
