ESPN.com is reporting the Seattle Seahawks are trying to trade starting wide receiver Jermaine Kearse. That’s according to ESPN Insider and NFL host Dianna Russini via sources.

Kearse caught just 41 passes for 510 yards and 1 touchdown last season.  The former University of Washington star signed a three-year, $13.5 million deal last March.

The Seahawks have a lot of options after number 1 receiver Doug Baldwin. Tyler Lockett is coming back from a season-ending leg injury in December. Paul Richardson impressed late last season after Lockett’s departure. Former Washington Husky Kasen Williams has had a strong preseason and Seattle used a third-round draft pick on Michigan’s Amara Darboh.
