BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The new Cordata Park opened to pedestrians Wednesday, May 20th.
Bellingham Parks & Recreation says it’s been exactly one year since construction began on the site.
Now, 3/4 of a mile of limestone trails and six bridges are accessible with more amenities to come after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
Onsite parking is not yet available, but visitors can access the park from the sidewalk located off Cordata Parkway between Stuart and Horton Roads.
