Seattle, WASH. — Several retail stores have announced that they will temporarily close their doors due to COVID-19.
Stores affected in Whatcom County include H&M and Macy’s, which will close for at least two weeks.
Gap Inc,, which owns both Gap and Old Navy, will also be temporarily closing their North America stores in response to the pandemic.
All companies say they will continue to pay employees during the closure.
