KENNEWICK, Wash. — A Richland man who served as a church deacon for thirty years is going to prison for sexually molesting two girls.
The Tri-City Herald reports 75-year-old Robert DaValle will likely be sentenced in Benton County Superior Court to a term of five years and seven months.
He could be behind bars for the rest of his life because it will be up to a state board to decide when he’s ready for release after serving the minimum term.
