Goaltender Ryan Miller joins 18 other Vancouver Canucks as possible targets for the NHL’s newest team, the Las Vegas Golden Knights. The NHL Expansion Draft is Wednesday.
Protection lists were filled by all 30 other teams on Saturday. Veterans Daniel and Henrik Sedin, joined Alex Edler on that list, along with youngster Bo Horvat. Overall, Vancouver exposed 12 forwards 5 defenseman and 2 goalies for the draft.

While available, Miller isn’t expected to taken by Las Vegas. The former Vezina Trophy winner is an unrestricted free agent this summer. At 36, he is coming off a 3 year, $18 million dollar deal with the Canucks.
The Golden Knights, who begin play in the 2917-2018 campaign, must select one player from each team. The Expansion Draft gets underway at 5:00pm Wednesday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
