BURLINGTON, Wash. — Washington’s Manufacturing Awards program from Seattle Business Magazine awarded Scratch and Peck Feeds of Burlington first prize in the Food/Beverage Processor of the Year, Small Firms.
This is the magazine’s 9th awards gala and they’re honoring fourteen pioneering companies from across the state.
Scratch and Peck is a family-owned company founded in 2010.
They say they’re the first feed mill in North America to be both Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified, and their products were recognized last year as Animal Welfare Approved.
This year’s winners are featured in the May edition of Seattle Business magazine.
