Since 1946 the Talbot Family has owned Bellingham Cold Storage.
In 2017 siblings Stowe and Jane Talbot decided to look for an investment partner to enable the family to continue its involvement with the company, while also exploring its future growth.
The Joshua Green Corporation stood out as the best candidate.
The Seattle-based company has agreed to buying a majority stake in Bellingham Cold Storage.
The Talbot family will remain as shareholders.
No major changes are planned in staffing or business operations.
