SEATTLE, Wash. – 41-year-old Dr. Eric Shibley was taken into custody Tuesday, June 30th, on allegations that he fraudulently sought over $3-million in Paycheck Protection Program loans.

A criminal complaint alleges he misrepresented the number of employees and payroll expenses and concealed his own criminal history in PPP loan applications.

Shibley was charged by criminal complaint with one count of wire fraud and one count of bank fraud.
