SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) – The man accused of shooting his wife during an Uber ride in Seattle pleaded NOT guilty to 2nd degree murder.

Cameron Espitia remains jailed on $3 million bail.

Police say Espitia told them he was drinking and “having a bad night” but didn’t remember what happened during the July 2nd Uber ride.

Investigators say the Coast Guard employee with no criminal history shot his wife Jennifer as the Uber driver transported them.
