SEATTLE, Wash (AP) – Just a day after a protest on a recent police shooting, and after an online outcry, a Seattle Police video featuring an officer playing video games while discussing the police shooting of a pregnant mother was removed from social media.

The video was part of a department effort to engage a new audience on Twitch-TV, where people can live stream themselves playing video games and talking.

But the video of Sergeant Sean Whitcomb discussing the shooting death of Charleena Lyles struck many as inappropriate.

The department now says it will no longer use Twitch.
