SEATAC, Wash. (AP) – Two Seattle-Tacoma Airport rental car companies are giving nearly two million dollars in back pay to workers.

The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries said Wednesday that the agreement will mean checks of thousands of dollars for workers at Hertz and Thrifty’s SeaTac locations.

157 workers filed claims for wages owed in 2014 and 2015 after Sea-Tac’s 15 dollar minimum wage took effect.

Neither company admits any wrongdoing.
