BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have made a second arrest in a drive-by shooting on St. Clair Street.
Officers took Adrien Livingston into custody Thursday.
In mid-October shots were fired into a home on Yew Street Road, injuring a man and a woman.
Later that same day shots were fired into a home in the 2200 block of St. Clair.
No one was hurt in that incident.
Alex Frost was arrested shortly after the shootings.
Bellingham Police Lt. Don Almer says the investigation led officers to Livingston, who may also have been involved in the Yew Street shooing.
Almer says a debt may have been a motive for the shootings.
