BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The new Sehome High School opened its doors to staff and students Wednesday.
Superintendent Greg Baker sent an email to the community with an update on the building, noting the opening is seven months ahead of schedule.
He says they can now turn their attention to renovating or replacing their 111-year-old district office on Dupont Street, which was part of their 2013 facilities bond.
The district is proposing to build a new office on Barkley Boulevard.
