Septic health emphasized for Whatcom Water Week

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Whatcom County Health Department celebrates the annual Water Week with a special emphasis on septic education.

This year, Septic Smart Week and Whatcom Water Week are happening at the same time, September 15-22.

The Whatcom County Health Department offers a free septic system maintenance class, rebates for septic repairs, and a loan program to replace failing septic systems.
