SEQUIM, Wash. (AP) — A middle school teacher has settled her sexual orientation discrimination lawsuit against the Sequim School District.

The Peninsula Daily News reports that the suit brought by Autumn St. George claims an official inserted a personnel document accusing her of “pedophilic behavior” and that she suffered harassment beginning in 2015 including lewd remarks and “bullying and intimidating” by staff members regarding her sexual orientation.

Terms of the settlement won’t be made public.

St. George is still employed by the district.
