BELLINGHAM, Wash.- A serial exhibitionist has been arrested- yet again- after exposing himself in front of a child.
Bellingham Police say that a couple and their child were seated in the emergency room of Peacehealth St Joseph’s Hospital on Wednesday.
One of the adults noticed the suspect, who was also seated in the waiting room, with his hand down his pants.
Security was called after the suspect, Dalton Edwards, exposed himself and committed a sexual act.
Edwards is a registered sex offender and has several previous indecent exposure convictions.
