SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) – The King County Sheriff is asking the FBI to investigate a deadly shooting by one of his deputies.
Sheriff John Urquhart asked for the help at a town hall where he met with the family and friends of 20-year-old Tommy Le of Burien.
Deputy Cesar Molina shot Le after receiving reports of a man with a knife, banging on doors and acting erratic in a neighborhood.
Deputies later discovered he was holding a pen.
