MARYSVILLE, Wash. (AP) – A man is dead after a shooting outside a Marysville apartment complex.
The Everett Herald reports the Sunday shooting happened after the victim told the man to leave his neighborhood.
Police arrested Wayne Alpert nearby.
Police believe Alpert was involved in an unrelated assault earlier in the day.
