MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — Two men in Skagit County were arrested Thursday after a months-long investigation by the Skagit County Drug Task Force.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports after deputies received multiple complaints from neighbors about possible drug activity at a home on Grip Road located north of Sedro-Woolley, officers with the task force and the state Department of Corrections served a search warrant.
Investigators found a significant amount of crack cocaine and thousands of dollars.
Chief Criminal Deputy Tobin Meyer says the drug is making a resurgence in Skagit County.
