SKAGIT COUNTY, Wash. – Skagit County has put strict eligibility requirements in place for its testing and vaccination site at the fairgrounds.
The county health department says its site has been overwhelmed with the recent rise in cases.
Now only those who live, work or go to school in Skagit County can use the site.
Meanwhile, Seattle health has announced that its conducted one million COVID-19 tests since the pandemic began.
Mayor Jenny Durkan says that more than one in three residents have been tested and Seattle continues to have the lowest number of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths of every major American city.
