A resident of Chandler’s Square Retirement Community in Anacortes was diagnosed with COVID-19 last Thursday.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports the person is getting better and expected to be released from Island Hospital to recover in isolation with a family member.
Skagit County, the state Department of Health, and Chandler’s Square staff members are working on testing protocols for other residents.
