CONCRETE, Wash. — Two Skagit County public school districts have pulled back on plans for in-person learning as COVID-19 cases increase.

The Skagit Valley Herald reports the Concrete School District has decided to delay plans to bring all students back, but it will hold steady with just kindergarten and first grade students on campus.

Meanwhile, the Sedro-Woolley School District announced that starting Monday it would no longer bring any students to its campuses.
