SKAMANIA COUNTY, Wash. — Five more businesses have filed suit against Governor Inslee and L & I over safe start restrictions.
Skamania County Superior Court papers dated October 1st say the Skamania County small businesses are seeking an injunction over Governor Inslee’s proclamation from July 7th that prohibited persons entering business when not wearing masks.
The complaint cites the more than two-thirds decrease in COVID-19 mortality statewide for the three months ending September 15th, compared to the prior three months.
