BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Keep your eye on school and work cancellations, because Western Washington is in for a cold beginning of the week.
The National Weather Service in Seattle sent an updated forecast for the area predicting the coldest air of the season to hit Western Washington on Sunday, continuing into early next week.
The agency says snow showers are possible, but it’s too early to predict where it will fall and how much will accumulate.
They also expect windy weather over Bellingham, Lynden, and Ferndale on Sunday.
