BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Local libraries plan to reopen soon.
Whatcom County Library System buildings will open to the public beginning Monday, March 1 with modified services, limited hours, and entry requirements for in-person visits in accordance with the governor’s Healthy Washington plan.
Masks will be required for everyone over the age of 2, including those who have had the COVID-19 vaccine.
Patrons are asked to keep their visits brief as library buildings are limited to 25% capacity.
