BELLINGHAM, Wash. — School district voters in Whatcom County have just a few hours to complete their ballots and get them into a drop box.
Today’s special election involves school levies.
Most of them replace expiring levies and would not affect current property tax rates.
Ballots must be in by 8 p.m. today.
