BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham police are warning residents after a spike in car thefts last weekend.
Lieutenant Danette Beckley tells The Bellingham Herald that while they don’t have specific statistics for Bellingham at this time, older Hondas are at risk.
Two of the six cars stolen last weekend are Hondas.
Beckley says parking in well-lit and populated areas can deter potential car thieves.
