Those traveling near Ferndale could face some traffic this week.
According to the Department of Transportation SR 548/Grandview Road and Kickerville Road will reduce to a single lane starting Feb. 19 as crews move utility lines.
Construction will end Thursday, Feb.22 and lanes will be closed between 8 a.m and 3:30 p.m. Flaggers will be there to alternate traffic through the single lane.
This is in preparation for a larger roundabout project coming to the same intersection in the spring.
